Processing of Your Order
Once your order is received, we process your deposit payment and begin
preparing your order for duplication or replication. Once your
designs are prepared, digital proofs will be emailed to you for your approval.
Please note that once we email proofs your order is on hold until your
approval is received.
Proofing, Duplication & Assembly
It typically takes
1-2 business days to setup designs and proofs, unless we're doing
extensive graphic design work for you. Digital proofs will be
emailed for your approval. The estimated turnaround time for your order
begins after you approve your proofs. Once your approval is received, then
your order is scheduled for duplication and your estimated turnaround time
When your order is complete and the balance paid, your order is shipped.
FedEx is our preferred shipper. The shipper will email you to inform you
that your order is on the way and will include tracking information so
that you can keep track of your shipment.
If you have an emergency project, please
contact us with the details of your project as soon as possible so we
can accommodate your needs. Rush fees depend on the details of
your project compared to our current order volume. If necessary,
we may be able to provide same day service depending on your needs!
